Shipping
Orders are shipped by Canada Post from Ontario, Canada within 1-3 business days. If there will be a delay in processing your order, we will contact you.
Orders can be shipped to Canada, U.S. and internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated after you enter your address or sign in to your account.
You can select from a variety of Canada Post shipping options:
Shipping to Canada
- Lettermail: Lettermail is the most economical shipping method if your order meets the size and weight specifications. Your order may not exceed 500g in weight or 38cm x 27cm x 2cm in dimension. Tracking is not available.
- Regular Parcel: Regular parcel is an economical ground delivery service with tracking. Delivery standards vary from 1-3 days for local, 3-6 days for regional, and 4-10 days for national. A delivery date estimate is provided at checkout. Note: If the regular parcel option is not offered, it is because the expedited parcel option is available for the same price.
- Expedited Parcel: Expedited Parcel is fast, cost-effective ground shipping with tracking. Delivery standards vary from 1-2 days for local, 1-4 days for regional, and 2-8 days for national.
- XPresspost: 1-2 day shipping with tracking between most major urban centers.
- Priority: Next-business-day delivery between most major urban centers.
Shipping to United States
- Letterpost: Letterpost is the most economical shipping method if your order meets the criteria. Items must be made of paper or other material with the general characteristics of paper. Books, patterns, interfacing and EPP Precuts qualify for Letterpost. Your order may not exceed 500g in weight or 38cm x 27cm x 2cm in dimension. Tracking is not available.
- Small Packet USA Air: Small Packet USA Air is a cost-effective shipping service for small and lightweight items less than 2 kg. Delivery standard is 5-8 business days. Tracking is not available.
- Tracked Packet USA: Tracked Packet USA is a reliable shipping service for small and lightweight items less than 2 kg with tracking and insurance coverage up to $100. Delivery standard is 4-7 business days.
- Expedited Parcel USA: Expedited ParcelUSA is an affordable shipping service that’s ideal for parcels between 2 and 30 kg. You’ll get peace of mind with $100 insurance included and tracking and delivery updates. Delivery standard is 4-7 business days.
- Xpresspost USA: Xpresspost USA is your best choice for fast, cost-effective shipping. You can track your items, confirm delivery with a signature and get on-time guarantees to most U.S. states. Delivery standard is 2-3 business days.
Shipping to International
- Letterpost: Letterpost is the most economical shipping method if your order meets the criteria. Items must be made of paper or other material with the general characteristics of paper. Books, patterns, interfacing and EPP Precuts qualify for Letterpost. Your order may not exceed 500g in weight or 38cm x 27cm x 2cm in dimension. Tracking is not available.
- Small Packet International Surface: Small Packet International Surface is the most economical no-frills service for parcels up to 2 kg. Delivery standards vary from 1-2 months to Europe and South America, and 2-3 months to Africa, Asia-Pacific and Australia. Tracking is not available.
- Small Packet International Air: Small Packet International Air is a cost-effective shipping service for small and lightweight items less than 2 kg. Delivery standards is 6-10 business days. Tracking is not available.
- Tracked Packet International: Tracked Packet International is a reliable shipping service for small and lightweight items less than 2 kg going to 31 select countries, with tracking and insurance coverage up to $100. Delivery standard is 6-10 business days.
- Xpresspost International: XPresspost International ships parcels fast and affordably. You can track your items, confirm delivery with a signature and get on-time guarantees to more than 70 countries. Delivery standard is 4-7 business days.
Payment
We use PayPal to process payments. You can pay with your PayPal balance, debit a bank account associated with your PayPal account, or with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
You do not need a PayPal account. At checkout, click “Proceed to PayPal”. Follow the instructions on the next screen to enter your payment information without logging in to PayPal.
Q: I don’t like to use my credit card on the internet. Can I call you with my credit card number?
Sure! Send us an email with your order, along with your full name, shipping address, billing address (if different) and phone number. We will send you an invoice by email and be in touch to take your credit card details over the phone. Q: I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay another way?
Yes, we accept etransfers within Canada and cheques from the U.S. and Canada. Send us an email with your order, along with your full name, shipping address, billing address (if different) and phone number. We will send you an invoice by email so you can forward your payment. Items will ship once payment has been received.
Returns
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order and we will work with you to make it right.
Books and patterns cannot be returned. Kits and notions may be returned for a refund within 30 days, if unopened and in good condition, shipped at your own expense.
Wholesale
Wholesale pricing is available for quilt shops, online retailers and other qualified resellers. You must register to set up a wholesale account.
We offer wholesale pricing for Apliquick and HNK EPP Precuts within Canada only; patterns are available at wholesale prices within and outside of Canada.
Teachers: If you are teaching a class from a Kathy K. Wylie pattern, each student must have their own copy. Please contact us to set up wholesale pricing for the patterns.
